Astrologers' Dilemma
Clinton's Birth Data
Do you remember when you were a beginning astrologer? You probably
collected all the birth data of your relatives and friends, and
kept a list of the birth data of famous people. You erected all
sorts of charts for practice and to gain insights into astrology.
You soon discovered that you could not trust the birth data of famous
people. We have been living for so many decades in a youth-oriented
culture that the birth data of entertainment figures has been frequently
altered by agents, managers, and public relations personnel who
periodically subtracted ten years from the ages of their clients.
As for politicians, the more sophisticated ones, and consequently
the more successful ones, knew that accurate astrological information
could provide their adversaries, and even the general public, with
inside information which could be used against them.
A case in point is the birth data for Bill Clinton. For many years,
I have been using the published birth data for Bill Clinton as a
teaching mechanism. In fact, I used his horoscope, based on this
data, as the example chart for reading the chart-as-a-whole in the
Advanced Astrology section here at Astronet. The well-publicized
birth data is August 19, 1946 at 8:51 AM in Hope, Arkansas. That
data is reported to have been furnished by his Mother.
Now I hear, from reliable sources, that Bill Clinton's Birth Certificate
shows the same date with a different birth time. What to do? In
my private practice, I use Uranian Astrology techniques to rectify
or validate the birth time of my clients. Sometime, this requires
several hours of effort, but it is worth it for my clients. I do
not devote such an effort for public figures. So, I shall pass along
to you the new birth data. Let us see how it works.
The new birth data for Bill Clinton is August 19, 1946 at 3:44
AM in Hope, Arkansas. This places his birth five hours and seven
minutes earlier than the previous data. As you can expect, the chart
looks different. This earlier chart, based on the new data, has
all the planets except Jupiter in the eastern half of the circle.
Usually, this describes a person who has everything his own way.
Jupiter is in the fourth house where it promises that the last portion
of life will be filled with love, happiness, abundance, and respect.
Richard Nixon had Jupiter in his fourth house, and experienced all
of the above, never losing the love and affection of his wife and
daughters as he gained respect as an elder statesman on the world
stage after his resignation.
Viewing the chart-as-a-whole, there is a new count for the planets
in the houses. We now find six planets in Angular houses, three
planets in Succedent houses, and three planets in Cadent houses.
Bill Clinton, in the 3:44 AM chart has the Moon in the tenth house
and the Sun in the second house.
I have written and lectured extensively about President Clinton.
During the scandal at the White House, I have commented in Astro
Views on the News (here at Astronet) about the close connection
between Bill Clinton, Monica Lewinsky, Linda Tripp, and Kenneth
Starr. I have made predictions based on the Vertex (a fated spot)
in Bill Clinton's 8:51 AM chart at twenty degrees and five minutes
of Aries.
Imagine my surprise when I cast the new 3:44 AM chart and found
that the Midheaven is at twenty-one degrees and nine minutes of
Aries! The new Midheaven holds a close connection with all these
people. Saturn made its station on August 1, 1997 at twenty degrees
and twenty-two minutes of Aries and then went Retrograde. This point
is very sensitive, waiting for Saturn to return here. Saturn will
be at this sensitive point on March 20, 1998. Saturn will be conjunct
President Clinton's Midheaven at twenty-one degrees and nine minutes
of Aries on March 26, 1998 and leave the one degree orb on April
3, 1998.
That is not the only personal point in Bill Clinton's chart that is
outstanding, at this time especially. The 3:44 AM chart has an Ascendant
of one degree and eleven minutes of Leo. Do you recall that Monica
Lewinsky's Sun is at zero degrees and forty-six minutes of Leo, only
twenty-five minutes from an exact conjunction with this new Ascendant.
Furthermore, the planet Neptune (the planet of dissolving, deceiving,
video and audio tape, and uncertainty) is currently transiting opposite
this new Ascendant. As Neptune goes (apparently) Retrograde and Direct,
it will keep crossing the cusp of Bill Clinton's seventh house, opposite
his Ascendant, intermittently bringing him problems. Neptune will
leave this spot, but not until November 29, 1999.
We have a marvelous opportunity to observe the transit of Neptune
opposite the Ascendant, and the transit of Saturn conjunct the Midheaven.
Saturn conjunct the Midheaven is said to bring us that which we
deserve, that which we have earned, and sometimes it brings separation
and depression. My personal observation is that Saturn works late.
We may not see an event on March 26, 1998, the date of the exact
conjunction. We should all be ready to observe the President and
to learn some astrology.
